At BRANDED, every piece is crafted by hand. Because of this, our return policy differs between custom-made items and standard, non-custom products.
Please read carefully before purchasing.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)
All custom and made-to-order bracelets are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Custom items include (but are not limited to):
- Personalized or stamped bracelets
- Custom sizing requests
- Special stone selections
- One-of-one or limited custom runs
- Any item listed as custom, made to order, or final sale
Handcrafted Disclaimer
Each BRANDED custom piece is made by hand, not mass-produced. Because of this:
- Stamping may not be perfectly uniform or fully aligned
- Letter depth and spacing may vary
- Stones may not be perfectly centered or identical in placement
- Surface textures, patina, and finish may vary slightly
- Minor asymmetry or variation is a natural part of handcrafted work
These variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.
By purchasing a custom item, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.
Non-Custom (Standard) Items
Non-custom, standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
What Is Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- 10% Restocking Fee
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
BRANDED is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for processing
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Returned items may be refunded, and a new order may be placed.
Sizing Disclaimer
Returns due to incorrect sizing are not eligible for return on custom items.
