BRANDED Reforge Program exists to restore, repair, and rework your bracelet when life leaves its mark. This is our Lifetime warranty.

What the Reforge Program Covers

The BRANDED Reforge Program is available to the original purchaser only and covers:

  • Structural issues caused by normal wear Inc Hinge or clasp repair
  • Stone replacement (if applicable)
  • Professional polishing and cleaning any time
  • Letter Inlay paint Refresh

The purpose of this program is to reforge your piece back into wearable condition, preserving both function and character.

Enrollment in the Reforge Program

  • The Reforge Program must be purchased at the time of checkout
  • The program applies only to the specific item purchased and is non-transferable

Service Fee & Shipping

To initiate a Reforge service:

  • Purchase Reforge at checkout
  • To claim, purchase the Reforge Return Kit (required per claim). This covers shipping to and from BRANDED so we can fully take care of your item.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item to BRANDED using the provided return label.
  • BRANDED will then polish or repair and send it back.
  • BRANDED is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.

What Is Not Covered

The BRANDED Reforge Program does not cover:

  • Loss or theft
  • Intentional damage or misuse
  • Damage caused by excessive force, impact, or alteration
  • Damage caused by chemicals, improper storage, or exposure beyond intended use
  • Unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications

BRANDED reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for Reforge service.

Replacement & Resolution

If a bracelet cannot be reasonably reforged, BRANDED may offer, at its discretion:

a complete rebuild, a small rebuild fee may apply depending on the extent of the damage and any customizations required. We’ll always communicate this before proceeding.

Replacement styles, finishes, or stones may vary depending on availability.

Fit Disclaimer

The Reforge Program does not cover issues related to incorrect sizing.

Please use our sizing guide prior to purchase to ensure proper fit.

Program Updates & Lifetime Warranty Terms

BRANDED reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Reforge Program at any time.

This service remains valid for the lifetime of the piece, or until BRANDED is no longer operating as a company.

Any changes to the Reforge Program will not affect coverage that has already been purchased.

Requests submitted without proof of purchase may be declined.
