At Branded Co., our pieces aren’t rolling off an assembly line. They’re made by real hands, one at a time.
Many of our products are hand-cut, hand-welded, hand-finished, hand-painted, and made to order using materials such as real horseshoes, metal, wood, and other materials that naturally have their own unique character.
Because of this, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. You may notice slight variations in welds, texture, color, finish, distressing, placement, dimensions, or other small details. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
We do our very best to make sure every piece that leaves our shop meets our quality standards. But handmade means handmade, not factory perfect. We believe those little differences are part of what gives each Branded piece its own story and western character.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade, made to order, and/or customized for each customer, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for variations or minor imperfections that are consistent with the handmade nature of our products.
This includes natural or handmade variations in welds, paint, finish, texture, distressing, coloring, material, or placement.
Your Handmade Piece
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a handmade product and understand that your piece may vary slightly from product photos or from another piece.
Individual markings, finishes, textures, and construction details are part of what makes each Branded piece uniquely yours.
If Something Arrives Damaged
While handmade variations are part of the character of our products, we still stand behind the quality of what we make.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or with a significant issue beyond normal handmade variation, please contact us promptly after delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the situation.
